BRETT MORGAN, ESQ.

Brett is an attorney at Busch Mills. Licensed in Virginia, Brett focuses on representing lenders with acquisitions, servicing and the disposition of commercial loans, and originations.

Before joining the firm, Brett gained valuable legal experience as an intern for various firms in Virginia, Washington D.C., Florida and England. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Florida in 2016 and his J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2019. In law school, Brett worked with the Veteran’s Affairs Clinic assisting veterans with the VA claim and appeals processes.
