CLIVE N. MORGAN

Clive Morgan is an attorney who specializes in litigation. Licensed in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina, he has almost forty years of legal experience. He has litigated in all areas of Florida and has appeared in courts in over half of the state’s counties. Furthermore, Clive has participated in hundreds of mediations representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants and has mediated all types of claims, including foreclosure action, insurance claim disputes, bankruptcy matters, contract disputes and construction disputes.

Before joining the firm, Clive was the managing partner and later sole owner of a real property law firm that handled all aspects of real property work for banking clients, including foreclosures, quite title actions, reformation actions, bankruptcy appearance on behalf of creditors and REO closings.

Clive’s legal experience before working in real property consisted of working in all types of litigation, primarily in personal injury but also including real property actions, contract litigation, insurance defense, insurance subrogation and debtor creditor matters.

Clive received his J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law. He also attended Vanderbilt University and earned his B.A. in History. Prior to moving to Florida, Clive practiced in North Carolina.
