LAURA H. MIRMELLI

Laura is a Partner with an impressive range of experience advising financial institutions, funds, businesses, and real estate developers on a variety of real estate, corporate, transactional, and litigation matters. She has represented lenders from origination closings, acquisitions, servicing, disposition of commercial loans, through collection and litigation arising from distressed real estate and commercial loans. Clients include financial institutions, funds, businesses, and real estate owners and developers with a variety of real estate and corporate transactional needs, with a focus on Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders in Florida and Georgia.

In addition, Laura enjoys a robust commercial litigation and appellate practice in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Laura earned her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law. In her spare time, Laura can be found listening to the latest best-selling audiobook while chauffeuring her two kids about town.
