COUNSEL W. MCCULLEN

As a corporate and securities attorney, Counsel McCullen represents entrepreneurs, companies, investors, and investment firms. Specifically, he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, fund and business formations, and private credit transactions. He also serves as outside counsel to numerous companies and investment firms for corporate governance, capitalization management, incentive equity matters, and commercial contracts. With a focus on negotiated transactions, joint ventures and partnerships, Counsel strives to ensure that business goals are achieved and deals are closed in a timely and efficient manner.

Counsel has extensive legal experience in representing and providing legal strategies for both private and public companies throughout their entire life cycles. He also has substantial experience in forming and operating private investment firms, drafting partnership agreements, and representing investment managers in acquisitions of other management firms.

In the legal community, Counsel is actively involved in the Advisory Board of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit organization that provides legal assistance to artists and arts organizations. Counsel earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Georgia State University and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he clerked for Georgia Supreme Court Presiding Justice P. Harris Hines.
